Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across healthcare dining, patient meals, catering, and events. You will oversee menu development, food production, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen leadership in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of kitchen-management experience in high-volume settings, with strong leadership, cost controls, and a ServSafe certification. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen-management experience.
• Healthcare, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or other high-volume foodservice background preferred.
• ServSafe certification is required; culinary degree or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across retail dining, patient meals, catering, and events.
• Develop menus focused on quality, seasonality, wellness, and presentation.
• Hold high culinary and food-safety standards across sites.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the culinary team.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, production, and food costs.
• Plan and execute catering events from concept to service.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the dining experience.
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives.
