Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an Executive Career Advisor in North America Alumni, Career, and Executive Services. The role focuses on supporting senior executives through transitions, strengthening client and alumni relationships, and expanding the firm’s executive network.

The ECA role combines high-touch advisory with external market engagement, requiring judgment, credibility, and relationship-building with C-suite and Partner-level talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Significant experience in Industrial Goods (manufacturing or automotive) preferred; boards/PE considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive career advisory to senior leaders, including positioning and interview prep.
• Partner with clients to identify leadership gaps and align senior talent with strategic needs.
• Develop and nurture an executive network across alumni, clients, and search professionals.
• Advise on offers, onboarding, and career strategy within a confidential, high-stakes environment.
