This role blends high-touch advisory with market engagement and requires discreet, trusted partnership with senior executives.

You will support executive positioning, interview preparation, and offer guidance, collaborating with client teams and external search partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Significant experience in Industrial Goods (manufacturing or automotive) is strongly preferred; boards/Private Equity considered
• Strong understanding of executive hiring markets, including C-suite and board-level search dynamics.
• Established network of executive recruiters and/or corporate talent leaders preferred
