Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an Executive Career Advisor in North America Alumni, Career, and Executive Services. The role supports senior executives through career transitions and strengthens BCG’s client and alumni relationships.

Responsibilities include executive advisory, client collaboration, and building a robust executive network. The position requires 10+ years in leadership-focused roles, strong credibility, and an extensive network within the executive market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Significant experience in Industrial Goods/Boards of Directors or Private Equity considered.
• Strong understanding of executive hiring markets including C-suite and board-level search dynamics.
• Experience assessing and positioning senior executive talent for complex roles.
• Established network of executive recruiters and corporate talent leaders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executive Career Advisory: guide executives in defining next role and career direction; advise on search strategy and branding materials; prepare for executive interviews.
• Client Partnership: identify and fill leadership gaps; advise on profiles and calibration during hiring processes; collaborate with client teams and external search partners.
• Executive Network Development: build relationships with senior alumni and clients; surface relevant opportunities; participate in industry engagements.
