Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, coaching, or senior recruiting.
• Strong network in Industrial Goods sectors; boards/PE experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide executives in defining next roles and long-term direction.
• Advise on search strategy, networking, and opportunity targeting.
• Provide input on executive branding materials and interview prep.
