Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Significant experience in Industrial Goods preferred; boards of directors and/or private equity experience considered.
• Strong understanding of executive hiring markets, including C-suite and board-level search dynamics.
• Established network of executive recruiters and/or corporate talent leaders preferred.
• Proven ability to operate with senior stakeholders in high-confidentiality environments.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive career advisory to senior executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior alumni, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with North America Alumni, Career, and Executive Services teams to support talent transitions.
