Job summary

KGS LLC in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders on the Amazon Leo program. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex calendars and travel with discretion.

You will partner with leadership, recruiting, and cross‑functional teams to drive key deliverables, coordinate events, and handle highly confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling.
• Coordinate travel to domestic and international locations.
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items.
• Manage expense report coordination and submission.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events).
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
• Management of team space, including office moves and reconfigurations.
• Management of highly confidential information.
