Five9 is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support an EVP level, partnering with finance, HR, marketing, and Sales leadership. The role requires a strategic brand ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will manage calendars, travel, and communications with discretion, while driving efficiency across multiple offices and remote teams. Remote/hybrid work arrangements apply based on location and office proximity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing executive support at SVP level or above.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent business acumen, tact, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience working with a publicly traded company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Heavy calendar management and scheduling coordination.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and light catering.
• Support cross-functional team communications and project work.
• Attend meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-through.
• Assist in budget, procurement, and expense reporting as needed.
• Contribute to special projects for the EVP, Sales.
