Salesforce is seeking an Executive Assistant / Sr. Executive Assistant to support a multi-hat executive within Salesforce AI Labs. This is a fast-moving, high-volume environment where operations increasingly run through AI-native tools and workflows.

You’ll be a strategic partner—managing logistics, scaling across a demanding portfolio, and handling highly confidential information with care and judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable administrative experience supporting senior/executive leadership in a fast-paced, global software or tech organization.
