Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving, complex organizations.
• Experience across multiple functions, businesses, investments, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tools and demonstrated use of AI to improve personal or team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an AI-native Executive Partner, organizing information and managing complex workflows with AI assistants and automation.
• Maintain a memory layer across meetings, decisions, relationships, and commitments.
• Develop repeatable AI-enabled routines to increase effectiveness and scale of executive support.
• Understand tool trade-offs and determine appropriate surfaces for different tasks.
• Experiment with new tools and workflows as AI Labs evolves its operating model.
• Serve as a trusted example of AI-native EA and executive support model across AI Labs.
• Support an executive whose responsibilities span investing, M&A, product, engineering, operations, and strategy.
• Maintain separation and context across workstreams, stakeholders, and confidential matters.
