You’ll partner closely, anticipate priorities, protect confidential information, and operate with independence while collaborating with a broad network of leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving organizations.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.
• Experience supporting executives across functions, businesses, or initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and applying AI to workflows.
• Tech/startup/VC/M&A experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use AI assistants and automation to organize information and manage complex workflows.
• Build systems that maintain memory and context across meetings and decisions.
• Develop AI-enabled routines to scale executive support.
• Understand AI tools and determine which are appropriate for work.
• Experiment with new tools as AI Labs evolves.
• Serve as an early example of AI-native EA across AI Labs.
