The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of executive support, superb communication, and discretion. In-office presence in Boston is expected 2-3 days every two weeks, with opportunities to influence high-level priorities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite, ideally a CEO.
  • Experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with discretion.
  • Board-level support is a plus; in-office presence in Boston 2-3 days every two weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage and prioritize communications, monitor the CEO's inbox, and ensure timely follow-up on key items.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Support board meeting preparation, scheduling, materials, and related logistics.
  • Anticipate executive needs, manage shifting priorities, and meet important deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.

A well-established, global organization to identify a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

  • Experience with board-level support is a plus
  • In-office presence in Boston approximately 2-3 days every two weeks when the CEO is in town
