Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and refining executive-level presentations and documents.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound decision-making.
  • Experience from a well-known, highly respected organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior executives.
  • Manage intricate and evolving calendars across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Organize and support executive meetings, leadership meetings, and special events.
  • Prepare, edit, format, proofread, print, and distribute presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Ensure all materials are produced with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, conference rooms, catering, and executive events.
  • Handle expense reports and related administrative functions.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests including office support and meeting prep.
