Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Exchange Subject Matter Expert to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. The role focuses on on-prem Microsoft Exchange solutions, including hybrid configurations with M365 Exchange Online, and requires strong scripting and server administration skills.

You will perform planning, testing, SOP generation, and provide Tier 2/3 support across a multi-enclave environment, ensuring security compliance and high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, Master’s with 10 years, Associate with 14 years, or high school diploma with 16 years.
• DoD 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher).
• Microsoft Exchange expertise including on-prem and hybrid environments, Exchange 2016/2019/2025 SE.

Responsibilities

• Remotely log into servers to perform configuration and remedial actions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 administration support for physical and virtual servers.
• Analyze root cause and document resolutions for future use.
• Collaborate on network latency analysis and improve user experience.
