Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Exchange Administrator to support a large DoD IT contract. The role focuses on on-prem Exchange 2019/2025 SE, M365 Exchange Online and hybrid deployments, with emphasis on planning, upgrade reviews, and RMF/ATO documentation.

You'll provide Tier 2 O&M support for physical and virtual servers, write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, and ensure security, availability, and disaster recovery in a 24/7 environment. Strong collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tier 2 System Administrator.
• Extensive Exchange 2019/2025 SE and M365 Exchange Online.
• Scripting/Automation with PowerShell.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 mission environment.
• DoD 8140.03 IT System Admin or higher certs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 O&M support for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring for physical and virtual servers.
• Distinguish between isolated user problems and enterprise-wide issues.
• Document root causes and remediation actions for future use.
• Collaborate with peers to analyze network latency and user experience issues.
• Develop and implement solutions using Problem Management guidelines.
