Qualifications

• PowerShell experience.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Skype for Business in O365.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 support for O365 Hybrid environment.
• Support Single Sign-On using Siteminder and Azure AD Connect.
• Support SharePoint, Skype for Business and on-premises Exchange.
• Coordinate with Unisys team to resolve incidents and document steps.
