Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online Protection, Defender for Office 365, anti-phish policies, safe links/safe attachments
• Own transport rule management: DLP policy templates, S/MIME enforcement, disclaimer rules, journaling to third-party archive
• Administer Exchange Online PowerShell: mailbox management, RBAC role groups, mailbox folder permissions, audit logging
• Manage Teams admin center: voice routing, calling policies, auto attendants, call queues
• Administer Microsoft 365 Groups, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and Public Folder coexistence
• Write automation scripts for user provisioning and license management using MS Graph PowerShell SDK
