Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Exchange Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. The role focuses on managing Microsoft Exchange 2019 on-prem, Exchange 2025 SE on-prem, and M365 Exchange Online in a hybrid environment.

You will plan upgrades, perform RMF ATO documentation, automate tasks with PowerShell, and ensure availability across a 24/7/365 mission environment while coordinating with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

Experience as a Tier 2 System Administrator.
Extensive Exchange 2019/2025 SE and M365 Exchange Online experience.
Proficient in Exchange PowerShell scripting for automation.
Experience with migrations between on-premises Exchange and M365.
DoD 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate cert (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, or higher).

Responsibilities

Remote log into servers for configuration and remediation.
Provide Tier 2 O&M support for physical and virtual servers.
Collaborate on network latency analysis to improve user experience.
Collect data, analyze, and implement solutions using Problem Management guidelines.
Establish availability and capacity management solution.
Provide follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvement.
Support 24/7/365 mission environment and be on-call after hours.
Update 24/7 Operations Center documentation.
Troubleshoot email routing devices and security services.
Manage Exchange Online in Office 365/Hybrid environment.
Create PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
FOIA searches using PowerShell and tools.
