Job summary

Qualifications

• Five plus years of complex bodily injury claim and litigation experience.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management and estimating software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and enterprise technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims and litigation through resolution.
• Conduct detailed investigations to gather evidence and establish reserves.
• Evaluate claim information to decide coverage and resolutions.
• Engage in negotiations to reach fair and equitable settlements.
• Develop and execute advanced resolution strategies and coordinate internal/external resources.
