Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to lead verification, automation, and deployment of next-gen EW systems. You will collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to drive integration testing across subassemblies and full systems.

You will design automated tests, analyze telemetry, and perform rapid root-cause diagnosis, traveling to support flight tests and demonstrations at internal and customer sites. A US Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNA, etc.
• Strong Linux CLI, shell scripting, and debugging utilities.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing and telemetry analysis.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for field tests and demonstrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaison during deployments.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-level test strategies and plans for EW product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to integrate and test products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF/digital hardware, firmware, and software.
• Design automated tests to increase coverage, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Triage failures and perform root-cause analysis to drive fixes.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Serve as technical liaison during deployment; support flight tests and demonstrations.
• Travel to internal and customer sites for tests and demonstrations.
