Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned hardware/software system validator to lead test strategy and execution for EW/RF products. You will validate wireless hardware, develop test plans, and drive failure analysis across integration levels with Python/Matlab, Linux tooling, and automation. Role requires 6+ years of experience, a relevant engineering degree, and an active U.S.

Secret clearance. On-site Costa Mesa location, with travel to test sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hardware/software/system validation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with test equipment and lab environments.
• Proficient in Python or Matlab for data analysis.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for EW/RF products.
• Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
• Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures in integration, characterization, and system testing.
• Integrate testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
• Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing per test plan.
• Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procure/handle purchased test capital equipment.
• Support and perform field testing and act as liaison for ground and flight testing.
• Leverage data analysis to reproduce and characterize failures.
• Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility.
