Qualifications

• 1–2 years of diversified environmental service work experience in healthcare or institutional settings.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests via tracking systems and document tasks performed.
• Perform heavy floor care, carpet extraction, and power cleaning operations.
• Maintain infection control standards in clinical areas and ensure proper hand hygiene.
• Lead and train less-experienced associates and model excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with supervisors and facilities staff for repairs and safety issues.
• Prepare reports and logs of daily cleaning tasks and events for tracking systems.
