Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Utah is seeking a qualified Program Analyst to join our Sentinel program team. You will partner with segment level analysts to standardize IPMDAR supplier integration and validation, keep dashboards up to date, and support Earned Value management and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience; Master's with 3 years, 1 year with PhD, or 9 years with a high school diploma.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment level program analysts to standardize IPMDAR supplier integration and validation across Sentinel.
• Keep dashboards up to date and conduct regular process audits.
• Monitor supplier EV reporting and support DCMA EVMS metric justifications, coaching segment teams.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage additional tasks related to oversight of FFP/T&M suppliers as needed.
