Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. The role interfaces with program managers, CAMs and IPTs to provide financial analysis and EVMS-based reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with related experience (or a master’s degree with fewer years) and proficiency in SAP, Cobra, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience; 0 years with a master's degree. Four additional years of experience may be substituted.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years related experience; 3 years with a master's degree. Four additional years of experience may be substituted.
• Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• Requires experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, and/or MS Project/Primavera P6
• Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled and maintenance of performance criteria.
• Preparation of government cost performance reports and/or review of performance measurement variance analysis.
• Support budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, and EVMS related reporting; assist in monthly reporting rhythm and CDLR preparation.
• Assist in integration of baseline changes into EVM systems using Deltek Cobra, Primavera P6, SAP, MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint.
