Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join a team of qualified professionals. The role is on-site in San Diego, El Segundo, or Palmdale with 10% travel and a focus on EVMS, cost control, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include establishing WBS, analyzing variances, maintaining cost estimates, and supporting monthly cost and schedule reviews. A Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for program access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, and/or industry related field.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation within last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.
• Experience with Business systems (SAP, Cobra, etc.).
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Work with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts.
• Establish WBS for budgeted cost of work scheduled.
• Maintain and justify estimates to complete.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analyses.
• Support EVMS rhythm and month-end reporting.
• Assist CAMs with EVMS activities and time phasing.
