Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join a team supporting program controls for multiple contracts.

The role emphasizes Earned Value, cost reporting, budgeting and performance measurement within an IPT framework. The candidate will interface with program managers and CAMs, develop baselines, analyze variances and prepare required reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related experience and the ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with EVMS, government cost reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience using business systems such as SAP, Cobra, Deltek Cobra.
• Ability to obtain Program Access and work on-site in Melbourne, FL.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management and CAMs for financial support.
• Develop budgets, ETC/EAC and cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare and review monthly CDRLs and variance analyses.
• Support program monthly rhythm and baseline changes in EVM systems (Deltek Cobra, SAP S4).
