Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) in Melbourne, FL is hiring a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4).

This on-site role supports the Cost Management organization and focuses on Earned Value Management, cost performance reporting, and schedule integration across multiple contracts within an engineering IPT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years in business/finance
• Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
• Must have an active Government Secret clearance or higher (with background within last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis
• Perform EVM tasks: WBS, budget baseline, estimates to complete, and government reports
• Develop and analyze cost/schedule integration and prepare periodic performance reports
• Support monthly rhythm process and incorporation of baseline changes into EVM systems
