Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Principal/Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join our Melbourne, FL on-site team.

The role focuses on Earned Value Management, budget baselines, and government cost reporting within an IPT. It requires a Secret clearance, strong financial systems experience, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related field (Level 3).
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience in related field (Level 4).
• Must obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with business systems such as SAP, Cobra, etc.
• Financial forecasting with EVMS and government cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Develop budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; support budgets, ETC/EAC, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly CDRLs and government cost performance reports.
• Support program monthly rhythm process and update EVM baseline with Cobra, SAP S4, and Excel/PowerPoint.
