Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Engineering Business Analyst to support EVMS inputs and monthly reporting. You will assist program leads in EAC/LRE development and BCRs, driving cost control and schedule using EV tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

The role focuses on cost/schedule analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting to deliver predictable results. Hybrid onsite/offsite work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP or APEX or similar business systems.
• MS Office proficiency and strong Excel navigation.

Responsibilities

• Support EVM inputs, reporting and analysis on a monthly basis.
• Assist with Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and EAC/LRE development.
• Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to validate baselines.
