Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) team in Windsor Locks, CT. You will conduct EV calculations, develop program estimates, and deliver data for control and reporting systems in a hybrid onsite/offsite setting.

The role requires at least a University Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, with US citizenship required for access to program information.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.
• Experience in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and trending skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute EV calculations and data deliverables for Program Management.
• Support analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans.
• Collect information to develop accurate program estimates and monitor EV performance.
• Provide EV plans and inputs to control and reporting systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
