Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Engineering Business Analyst (EBA) to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and monthly financial reporting. You will collaborate with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive cost control and schedule using EV tools.

The successful candidate typically has a university degree with 2 years of relevant experience and experience with SAP or APEX, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system.
• MS Office experience; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS inputs and EVM reporting for monthly cycles.
• Develop EAC and LRE inputs; perform cost and schedule analyses.
• Prepare forecasts and document variances to plans.
