Job summary

RTX is seeking a cost/financial analyst to drive EAC and LRE deliverables for major programs in the US. Onsite in Plano, TX, you’ll report EV data, manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts, and partner with program management, engineering, and supply chain teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 2+ years’ related experience, along with TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. Microsoft Office skills and EV/EAC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with less experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Understanding of EV and EAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of EAC and LRE deliverables with financial insight for program leadership.
• Report Earned Value and analyze EV to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC.
• Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early issue warnings.
• Partner with Program management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
