Job summary

Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 3) to join its Business Management team in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. The candidate should be a team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proficient communication, and an independent work style.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining EVMS, cost-schedule control, WBS maintenance, and delivering variance analyses for senior leadership and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, and/or Aerospace/Defense Business-related experience.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra/MPM or comparable ERP/EVM tools.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior-level internal and external customers and produce high-quality analytical reports.
• 1+ years of EVMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, configure, and maintain a compliant EVMS and cost-schedule control infrastructure.
• Apply EVMS principles across multiple control accounts within the IPT, ensuring cost-schedule integration.
• Develop, update, and sustain the WBS and budgeting/scheduling data with contract changes.
• Produce and present variance-analysis reports including budgets, forecasts, risk, and ETC/EAC.
• Submit government cost-performance reports and DoD-compliant briefings.
