Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 3) to join its Business Management team in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining a compliant EVMS/integration of cost and schedule across control accounts, and producing authoritative reports for senior leadership and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong EVMS experience, proficiency with SAP/Deltek Cobra, and excellent communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in business/finance/cost accounting/aerospace & defense business
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
• PhD with 1+ year of experience; HS Diploma option considered with 9 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a compliant EVMS and cost-schedule control infrastructure
• Develop and sustain WBS and budgeting data with contractual changes
• Produce variance analyses and government cost-performance reports
• Operate SAP/ERP and EV software to support decision-making
• Interface with program managers and Cost Account Managers to resolve cost-schedule issues
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
