Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Level 3/4 Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst to support the International Business Area as part of the IBCS Operating Unit. The role interfaces with program managers and CAMs to provide financial support and EVMS.

On-site work is required with up to 10% travel. The position demands strong EVMS experience, expertise in Excel, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and EVMS software.
• Strong computer skills with high-level Excel, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.
• On-site work at Huntsville, AL; travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the cost control system and monitors costs on EVMS contracts.
• Performs analyses and prepares reports on budgets, funding profiles, and variance.
• Prepares program plans to capture requirements and schedules.
• Ensures funding availability and records expenditures for funding requests.
• Incorporates contract changes into control systems and maintains baselines.
• Guides CAMs with EVMS activities and prepares EVMS artifacts.
• Collaborates with program personnel to support program execution.
