Job summary

Palmer Legal Staffing in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Webinar Coordinator to organize the full lifecycle of the firm’s training programs, including planning, production, and execution for webinars, workshops, and on-site events.

The role also provides customer service to clients and attendees, facilitates virtual events via Zoom, coordinates speakers, and handles post-event follow-up, with occasional travel to off-site events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of virtual event planning experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in production of events using Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinar or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Event Lead for planning and execution of event logistics.
• Create meetings and webinars in Zoom; manage registrations and timing.
• Coordinate speakers and provide technical support.
• Proofread and produce slides, nametags, handouts, and materials.
• Manage polls, CPE credit timing, and post-event follow-up.
• Track event expenses and prepare final summaries within one week.
