Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson seeks a Sr. Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events from pre-arrival through on-site coordination. You will be the primary on-property liaison, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality/events, strong vendor management, and a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this senior position in a luxury wellness setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related hospitality/events experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent training required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site point of contact for all group events and retreats.
• Coordinate logistics including AV, F&B, wellness programming, and vendor services.
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes.
• Lead weekly planning meetings with operational departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Operations to exceed guest expectations.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
