Collaborating with culinary and leadership teams, you will manage scheduling, labor, and operational standards while maintaining exceptional guest engagement in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Having a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required, though a High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
• Demonstrated success in service training, employee development, and team leadership is expected.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide service standards and luxury hospitality environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and facilitate service training programs, onboarding, and ongoing skills development.
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Foster a positive, guest-centric culture focused on engagement and performance.

• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory controls, and financial performance goals.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable service recoveries.
