Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in event planning, sales, hospitality, weddings, catering, or related fields.
• Professional portfolio of upscale events required.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong internal and external relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate food & beverage, entertainment, decor, vendors, staffing, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop event plans and communicate commitments to all teams.
• Develop and manage event budgets and protect profitability.
• Oversee significant events to ensure upscale guest experiences.
