Q2 is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead the development and execution of event marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive growth. You will partner with Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align events with business objectives, delivering high-impact experiences and strong pipeline contribution.

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience in corporate or association event management and trade shows.
• Understanding of financial services and fintech landscape is ideal.
• Proven experience in event management and aligning strategy with pipeline objectives.
• Proven ability to integrate event analytics with sales outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual event calendar and portfolio framework for an assigned segment.
• Lead cross-functional planning across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
• Manage 15+ multi-tier events annually and lead CONNECT workstreams.
• Act as backup to the Event Team Manager and ensure continuity of operations.
• Lead pipeline influence strategies through event activations and follow-up execution.
• Develop executive-level event strategy communications for VP/SVP audiences.
• Synthesize data to advise on investment in events and measure ROI.
