Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, growth, and execution of Highland Brewing's private and public events portfolio.
• Develop and implement annual event goals aligned with revenue targets.
• Oversee private events (weddings, corporate, nonprofit) and public events (festivals, concerts).
• Partner with marketing, operations, and community relations to maximize attendance and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop the Events Team and establish clear performance goals.
