The Venue Asheville is seeking a motivated Wedding & Event Sales Manager to guide clients from inquiry to planning, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals, and coordinate event details to create unforgettable experiences. This role blends sales, event planning, and client relationship management in a fast-paced team environment, with hybrid work after training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event planning or related roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for building relationships and client experiences.
• Experience with Google Workspace and event software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and conduct venue tours.
• Build relationships and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Guide clients through the event planning process.
• Prepare proposals, timelines, floor plans, and event documents.
• Coordinate with clients, caterers, vendors, and the Event Supervisor and Operations team.
• Recommend venue enhancements and rental upgrades.
• Participate in networking events and help build community partnerships.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media content.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver exceptional events.
