Job summary

Biltmore Farms, LLC in Asheville, NC, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events and experiences across its divisions within the Marketing, Brand, and Communications team.

The role supports event production from setup to post-event analysis, manages marketing materials, reports, budgeting, and AI-driven workflows. Excellent organization and multi-project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year in event coordination, marketing, or related role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and WordPress.
• Experience in social media marketing and event promotion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events including consumer-facing, tenant experiences, corporate functions, trade shows, and pop-up activations.
• Lead event planning for owned events: vendor interface, kickoff meetings, layouts, and permits.
• Oversee logistics: catering, technology setup, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate registrations and on-site check-ins for tenants, vendors, and guests.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, partners, sponsors, and tenants.
• Provide on-site support and post-event analysis for future optimization.
• Assist in producing marketing materials and digital assets.
