Job summary

High Spirits Hospitality is seeking an Event Specialist to guide clients from post-booking handoff through event completion across our Greenville venues. You will manage timelines, floorplans, vendor coordination, and documentation while maintaining proactive, clear communication with clients and vendors.

You will also support sales efforts, coordinate with internal teams for flawless on-site execution, and ensure a remarkable guest experience across 70–90 events annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in event planning, wedding planning, venue management, hospitality, or event sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, customer service, and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of events, deadlines, and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary planning contact from post-booking handoff through event completion and follow-up.
• Manage timelines, floorplans, planning worksheets, vendor information, client approvals, and event records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-site execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead planning meetings, tastings, walkthroughs, and design conversations.
• Support sales activities including venue tours, proposals, and rebooking.
