Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in events, hospitality, or conference centres.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of AV equipment, venue logistics, and catering services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the conference centre, including event setup and client liaison.
• Supervise event staff, including technical support, catering, and security.
• Ensure events run on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies and schedule maintenance.
