Job summary

Kin + CO. is seeking a Senior Event Technology Lead to join our brand experience agency on a full‑time basis.

This remote role will deliver and implement digital and technology platforms for each event, leveraging RAINFOCUS to develop solutions from mobile apps to websites and registration systems. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in event technology roles, proven success with corporate brands, strong project management, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Event Technologist, Event Technology Manager, Web Developer or similar role for an events agency
• Experience working with corporate and Fortune 500 brands
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RAINFOCUS
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills
• Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced, high pressure agency environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Proven experience managing event production budgets
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
• A thorough understanding of permitting standards and procurement
• Strong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
• Local and interstate travel may be required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job‑related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
