Job summary

Kin + Co. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our conference and incentives agency on a fulltime, remote basis. You will nurture key clients and oversee events from concept through execution, ensuring outstanding experiences for corporate clients.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in the industry, strong project management and budget skills, and the ability to coordinate logistics, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Evening/weekend work and travel are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conference and incentive agency experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients and events simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Managing and coordinating all logistics and aspects of events and campaigns from concept through to brief, ideation and event delivery.
• Client relationship management and communications.
• Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, and post program reconciliation.
• Managing project budgets and reporting to ensure profitability for clients.
• Contracting and managing suppliers and vendors including venues, audio visual, and technical staff.
• Conducting site inspections and client presentations.
• Providing support to clients and ensuring expectations are met.
• Reports to the Director of Event Operations.
