Job summary

Kin + Co. is seeking an Event Coordinator for a remote, full-time position. You will support the Executive Producer in delivering a range of brand experiences and activations, coordinating vendors, timelines and registrations.

Ideal candidates have experience as an Event Coordinator within brand experiences, strong client service, and solid communication skills. Evening/weekend availability and travel for events may be required, with opportunities for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as an Event Coordinator.
  • Experience working within the brand experience space, highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated supplier and project management skills.
  • Excellent customer service; managing and responding to all client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Producer in coordinating events from concept to delivery.
  • Assist with event logistics and administration.
  • Manage suppliers including venues, AV, catering, and transportation.
  • Provide high-level support to clients at all times.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage event timelines/run sheets.
  • Be the point of contact for attendees and queries.
  • Manage registrations, guest lists, and VIP invitations.

The Company

This is an exciting new FT role working for a brand experience agency. Our client is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their agency!REMOTE ROLE

The Role

The Event Coordinator will support the Executive Producer in the execution of a range of brand experiences and activations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Executive Producer with managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to suppliers, proposals and event delivery
  • Assisting with the management of all event logistics and administration
  • Support the contract management and manage suppliers including venues, audio visual, catering and transportation providers
  • Providing the highest support to clients at all times
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Managing event timelines, milestones and event run sheets
  • Serve as the point of contact for event attendees and answer any queries
  • Manage all event registrations, guest lists and VIP invitations and requirements for attendees

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

  • Experience working as an Event Coordinator
  • Experience working within the brand experience space, highly preferred

  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for the Executive Producer role is $65,000 - $72,500 + discretionary bonus + benefits dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job‑related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
