Job summary

Pinnacle Live is a premium in-house AV and event production company specializing in hotels and resorts across North America. We seek a Senior Event Services Technician to aid with floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology while delivering unmatched guest service.

The role focuses on maintaining inventory, mentoring teammates, and ensuring events run smoothly with clear client communication and adherence to SOPs. This is a full-time on-site position in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the audio visual or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to SOPs.
• Operate intermediate technology solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as leader and mentor to other technicians and team members.
• Greet guests/clients before events and provide equipment instructions.
• Maintain clear client communication to ensure event success.
• Follow up on client requests and invoice details.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients' events.
• Maintain accurate client event information in the company systems.
• Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment to management.
