Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Event Service Manager to lead on-site execution for Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. You will coordinate hotel departments, supervise staff, and act as the primary liaison with clients during events to drive guest satisfaction and future bookings.

Responsibilities include directing operations, upselling services, and ensuring top-quality service while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality-related experience at manager level.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc).
• Degree in business development or related field (CMP CPCE).
• Experience in revenue management or analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct event execution between hotel and client during meetings/events.
• Coordinate departments, supervise staff, and ensure smooth on-site service.
• Upsell products/services and support the sales process during events.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to manage needs.
• Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and maintain high service standards.
• Attend site inspections and support post-event follow-up.
